A Co-chair of Triple I for Global Health Participated in an Online Discussion about Declining Global Aid.

On Feb 4th, 2026, Mr. Ken Shibusawa, a co-chair of Impact Investment Initiative (Triple I) for Global Health participated an online discussion on "Global Health at a Crossroads: Japan's Leadership in an Era of Declining Global Aid".

He emphasized the importance of blended financing to de-risk and encourage more private-sector investment, as well as the need for the global health community to make a conscious effort to engage more people, because of its importance for the next generation.
